Who are we
Mad & Kaffe consists of four cafés. We started in 2015 with a vision of a café with food made from scratch with good ingredients and coffee from the best roasters, served in cozy surroundings in some of the most attractive locations in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg.
A visit with us will remind guests of how wonderful it is to be surrounded by an attentive and informal tone, where the staff care about everything from coffee and decor to innovative gastronomy.
At Mad & Kaffe, we all agree that our most important task is to put a smile on every guest’s face when they visit one of our three cafés, and we are looking for a restaurant manager who believes the same.

Well, here’s the thing. At Mad & Kaffe, we are currently looking for a new Restaurant Manager who will be an important part of Mad & Kaffe’s daily operations and who can help shape our concept and future.
- You love structure and work efficiently in all parts of the work process
- You understand the importance of being a motivating and engaging leader who always leads from the front
- You are passionate about team spirit, understand people and care deeply about your employees
- You’re creative and love to think outside the box when helping to further develop Mad & Kaffe’s concept and menu
- You are adaptable. No two days are ever the same, so you need to be ready to handle busy periods and make the most of your time and tasks.
