Frederiksberg

Godthåbsvej 45, 2000 Frederiksberg

Frederiksberg is Frederiksberg, and not at all, not at all Copenhagen. There are parks, classical gardens, castles, beautiful tennis courts and animals in the zoo. And then there are Frederiksberg’s great shops, cafés and good restaurants. Frederiksberg has its own edge, its own culture and a much higher postcode. Copenhagen must be a little envious. Just a little. At Mad & Kaffe we start the day with brunch at 8.30. Of course, to the smell of freshly roasted barista coffee, freshly squeezed juice and the freshest ingredients. Outdoors or indoors, you and the weather decide. Then comes lunch, and in the late afternoon we serve naughty cocktails before dinner.

Brunch, lunch & pre-dinner cocktails

Mad & Kaffe Frederiksberg is the last of 3 Mad & Kaffe locations so far. Our address on Godthåbsvej is right on the border of Nørrebro. Welcome Nørrebrogensere, we just say, welcome to Frederiksberg, welcome to brunch, welcome to smørrebrød lunch and welcome to the naughtiest cocktails.

Vesterbro

Sønder Blvd. 68, 1750 København V

We are located in the heart of Vesterbro, where we are ready to give you a true taste experience. Whether you’re looking for a delicious lunch, a glass of wine in the sun and a quick bite to eat, we have something for you. Join us for dinner if you’re looking for delicious open sandwiches, greasy burgers or any of our other tasty dishes. We also have vegan and vegetarian options, so there’s something for everyone. In the morning, we offer an exciting brunch where you can design your own morning plate.

My kind of town

Vesterbro, yes, it was here on Sønder Boulevard that Mad & Kaffe was born in 2015 as the first in a family of 3. There are not many boulevards in Copenhagen, in fact, they can be counted on one hand. Not a quality in itself, no, but boulevards make cities civilized, they give metropolises character. Boulevards are wide, they have bike lanes and sidewalks, and most are divided by a median with trees on both sides. And boulevards always have beautiful buildings on either side. Such is the green Sønder Boulevard in Vesterbro.

Amagerbro

Tyrolsgade 6, 2300 København S

Amager, pronounced Ama’r, Denmark’s most densely populated island, but the island is very well connected to Copenhagen on Zealand. 9 bridges are here, a metro tunnel and a bridge to Sweden. That’s right. We start the day with brunch at 8.30 am to the smell of freshly roasted barista coffee, freshly squeezed juice and the very best ingredients. Stay all day if you like, inside or out, for lunch and dinner with delicious cocktails, open sandwiches or addictive burgers. Yum.

We are at Amagerbro

Mad & Kaffe on Amagerbro is the 2nd Mad & Kaffe in the series of 3 so far. Amagerbro is also called Sønderbro, where sønder is Old Danish for south. Amagerbro is located in the northeasternmost part of Amager, south of Christianshavn, so Sønder makes sense. Amagerbro is the most densely populated area in Denmark. Our address is Tyrolsgade 6, and we’ve often wondered what on earth Amagerbro has to do with Tyrol?
