DKK 285 per person. The whole table orders the menu, and there's a vegetarian version.

Smoked fresh cheese, rye bread crumble, samphire and dill (g, l, f)

Slow-cooked organic pork neck

Cavolo nero, beetroot, blackcurrant BBQ and potato compote on caramelised potatoes (l)
