Welcome to Mad & Kaffe in Amagerbro
We're on the corner of Tyrolsgade and Drogdensgade, a minute from Amagerbrogade and less than ten minutes from Amagerbro station.
We open at 8.30, at weekends too. Brunch in the morning, smørrebrød and larger dishes at midday, and in the evening, light dishes to share, larger dishes and a glass of wine.
We make the food from scratch, and the bread comes from Andersen & Maillard.

Inside there are 42 seats, with round tables and café curtains at the windows. When the weather allows, there are around 25 seats on the pavement under the striped awnings.
The coffee is our own, and you'll only get it here. We pull the espresso as a double shot.

Food for big and small appetites
The menu at our café in Amagerbro follows the season. In the morning you build your own brunch from three, five or seven small dishes, and you're welcome to pick the same one more than once. At lunch there's smørrebrød on rye or sourdough, light dishes to share and larger dishes.
In the evening the cups make way for glasses. There are light dishes to share and larger dishes, and the draught beer comes from To Øl.

This is the corner where the working week ends. From 16.00 to 18.00, drinks, wine and beer are cheaper, and if the weather holds, there are seats outside too. If there are a lot of you, book a table.

M&K Running runs from Amagerbro
M&K Running is our running club. In even-numbered weeks we run from here on Fridays at 7.00, taking turns with Frederiksberg, and afterwards we have breakfast together.
Five kilometres is short enough to fit in before work, and long enough that you've earned your breakfast.
